Here is a view from the plane's window as we were leaving the DFW Airport heading to Charlotte, it was a great flight with a smooth landing. Toby handled the flight well, and he has now been on 4 flights and has probably been to more places than some humans have. He's such a great travel companion, and he was so happy to see my mom whenever we met her at baggage claim. In fact, he wouldn't let anyone else hold him while we were waiting for the luggage, only her! Once we got to the house, he was sooooo excited to see Macy (my step-dad's dog), they ran and played as they were both happy to have the other one around again!

Last day
Today is my last day working at Medical City Dallas Hospital (above is a picture of one of the lobby areas). The day started with a coworker bringing in donut holes, a lunch with some coworkers, and ended with two of the case managers giving me a nice coffee mug with a picture of Dallas's skyline on it. Tonight consists of completing my packing, then tomorrow I fly back to NC! I'm very excited for my next new adventure!

The Twins Are Coming Home

Flight Museum
As it is my last full weekend in Dallas, I decided to go to the Flight Museum that is right beside my apartment. It was interesting to see, and I don't believe I've ever seen so so many planes shoved in one spot before. I even got to see the actual Apollo 7 that is on loan from the Smithsonian Museum in Washington, DC.

Funny Friday Video
Here is a funny video to kick off my last weekend in Dallas! I hope that you all laugh as much as I did when watching it! As for my plans for this weekend, I'm not sure yet, I'll be sure to post pictures if I do anything exciting!

The Twins

I just wanted to post an update on the twins. Yesterday, they were moved to the intermediate ICU. This means that their mom can now take them to a viewing window and show them off to family and friends. I am so excited, and happy that they will be coming home safe and strong soon. Here is a picture taken yesterday! James is on the left, David is on the right.

Murrells Inlet

I just found out today that I will be working in Murrells Inlet! I am looking at some furnished condos in the Pawleys Island area. I am so excited about being at the beach during the summer time. Yay! Here is a picture I found at the Murrells Inlet webpage.
