Trunk Bay
Yesterday, I went to Trunk Bay on the island of St. John with Jay, Debbie and Kim (Jay and Debbie's friend from home). Trunk Bay is a beautiful beach with a snorkel trail with little plaques to label different types of coral and pictures of the fish you might see. While snorkeling, I saw various coral and lots of small fish (I actually saw a school of small Sergeant Majors, if you know the Carnival Cruise ship magazines, it is the yellow and black striped fish...and another small Peacock Flounder). After the beach, we all went to Woody's (the restaurant/bar that Kenny Chesney frequents) and then to the Beach Bar where Jay and Debbie met with some friends from the Virgin Islands Forum that they post. It was a very fun way to end my birthday weekend!
