My mother came over today to take advantage of this beautiful day! We (mainly she, as my shoulder isn't up to par yet...I just posed for the picture) dug up all of the monkey grass, ground covering, and everything else that we didn't like. There are some bulbs starting to come up, so we left those to see what will bloom. I will post an after picture later, but it looks so much better. We ordered a lot of flowers from various bulb companies, so I cannot wait to get started on making the flower bed my own style!
