A friend at work bought a Sprite Melon a couple of weeks ago at work, and I took a couple of the seeds to plant. A sprite melon is a cross of a Honeydew, so I am not sure if the seeds will come up as Honeydew or Sprite Melons, but I am excited to find out. Look how big they have gotten so far?

I used to plant random seeds as well but haven't for ages -thanks for the inspiration! I also was pleased to see the picture of your muscle toning shoes. I've been participating in a "Living Well" program offered through the local physio department and it's been great. It's been an 8 week program mainly using exercise bands, simple exercises that can be done at home and it's been inspirational. It doesn't take long to feel stronger.
